Mobile Plant Fire Suppression Systems for Waste
Fire Protection for Recycling & Waste Processing
With issues such as lithium batteries, disposable vapes, and lighters that the waste sector faces today, we feel it is a matter of when, not if, a fire will occur. Therefore, it is vital to have quick-reacting fire suppression systems in place, which enable a rapid resumption of operations.

Fire Detection & Suppression for Your Waste Machinery
As operators ourselves, we have experienced the severe disruptions that fires in waste processing sites and wood processing plants can cause, resulting in increased downtime, costly damage, and more.
The AutoFireX® Fire Suppression Systems offer an effective and economical solution to protect your mobile plant, machinery, and electrical equipment. Our ILP Automatic Systems utilise UL Recognised Components clean agents, such as FK-5-1-12, HFC-277ea, and CO2, providing a reliable and proven method for fire suppression.
Additionally, these systems can be activated manually or through an industrial-grade UV/IR flame detector by interfacing it with a pressure switch. They can also trigger alarms or initiate functions, like automatic damper shutoffs and door closures, enhancing overall safety and control.

Benefits of Mobile Plant Fire Suppression Systems
Functioning 24/7, our Automatic Fire Suppression Systems quickly detect fire and protect your waste processing machinery and mobile plant. With multiple detection points, they feature the UL Recognised Component AutoFireX® FDT, capable of detecting fire along its entire length.
Since they do not require external power and avoid false alarms or discharges, they only engage when a fire or heat threat is present. After discharge, the clean agent systems require minimal cleanup and will not contaminate the engine bay. Once the cause of the fire is dealt with, most mobile plant can be promptly returned to service.
Compatible with new and existing machinery, the interface options enable actions, such as Fire Alarm Control Panel announcements, controlling power supply, ventilation, and monitoring. An in-cab monitoring and activation panel is also available.
